We mainly from the feed testing, production processes, factory inspection, service, etc. to control, so as to ensure the overall quality of the product.

TOPSTAR LIGHTING EQUIPMENT LIMITED(Guangzhou Fleon Lighting and Electronics Company Limited) has high quality control realization and high excution.

1.To achieve the production and quality control management, our production is acc to below “quality control standards”:

1) With Reference to Iso9001 international quality management system

2) With Reference to Japan 5S/6S management.
3) In accordance with EU standards CE,RoHS, SGS, North America FCC, UL and other importing countries in the relevant electrical standards to produce.

2. We’ve applied and got certificate CE&RoHS for our series:

TSA Led par light series;

TSA Led dj club stage effect light;

TSC Moving head light series;

TSK Fog machine series.

3. Our company use the ”quality 5 tools” to ensure “policy and quality objectives” and “quality planning”, “quality control”, “quality assurance” and “quality improvement”:
Including:
1) Statistical process control (SPC, Statistical Process Control);
2) Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA, Measure System Analyse);
3) Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA, Failure Mode & Effct Analyse);
4) Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP, Advanced Product Quality Planning);
5) Production Part Approval Process (PPAP, Production Part Approval Process).
